Steven Breitmaier - President

Steve began his career in 1970 in the excavation business and formed Brite Excavating in 1986. In the early years he focused on road building, septic systems and site development. He began building new homes in 1989 and the focus of the company slowly shifted to new construction developments. Since then he has built dozens of homes in local communities with the utmost care and attention to detail put into each one.

Lyle Breitmaier - Site Supervisor

Lyle began working for Brite as a Finish Carpenter in 1995. He has over 40 years of experience and provides quality, professional workmanship for homes of the highest distinction. His years of experience and knowledge offer solutions for clients in complex, challenging projects and he works closely with them to ensure that every detail is to their complete satisfaction. 

Todd Nelson - Project Manager

Todd began working for Brite in 1994. He is a licensed Construction Supervisor with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Bentley University. Todd oversees the land development and new construction projects and is the liaison for the buyers of new homes. Todd has over 20 years of expertise in new construction project management and site development.
